• Custom creations and personalized items are made just for you, so they cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Please provide accurate details when submitting customization requests (colors, names, sizes, etc.) to help me stitch your vision perfectly.

• Tracking info will be provided once your order ships.

• Standard, non-custom items may be eligible for returns.

• Custom items are final sale.
