We stitch every Knotty & Nice creation with love 💕—and sometimes that takes a little extra time!

  • Processing Time: Most items are made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for your creation to be handmade and packed with care.

  • Shipping Options: Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Expedited options are available at checkout.

  • Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number once your package is on its way. You can follow your fruity parcel all the way home! đźšš

Tip: If your item says “sold out,” it may take a little longer to restock, but don’t worry—we're on it!

Returns & Exchanges

Because every stitch is handmade just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized or custom items.

  • Damaged or Lost Items: If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, reach out within 7 days and I’ll do my best to make it right.

  • Non-custom Items: Standard items that aren’t personalized may be eligible for return or exchange.

Care & Handling Tips

Keep your Knotty & Nice creations looking juicy and fresh:

  • Spot clean with a damp cloth or gentle hand wash.

  • Avoid direct heat or sunlight for long periods.

  • Handle with love (and maybe a little squeeze 🍑).
