How long will it take for my custom item to be made?
Most handmade goodies take 5–10 business days to craft with love, plus shipping time. I promise it’s worth the wait! 💕
Can I order multiple items with different customizations?
Of course! Just submit a separate form for each idea so nothing gets lost in the yarn.

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days after your item is handmade. Expedited options are available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! International shipping times vary, and customs fees may apply depending on your country.
Can I track my order?
Definitely! You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your package ships—follow your fruity parcel all the way home! 🚚
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Contact me within 7 days, and I’ll work to make it right. We want your creation to arrive juicy and perfect!

Can I return a custom item?
Because custom creations are made just for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
What if my non-custom item isn’t what I expected?
Standard items that aren’t personalized may be eligible for return or exchange. Reach out and we’ll sort it together.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Custom items = no refunds. Non-custom items = maybe! Contact me, and I’ll guide you.

How do I clean my crochet items?
Spot clean with a damp cloth or gentle hand wash. Avoid wringing out too hard—treat your creation with love!
How do I keep my items looking fresh and colorful?
Keep out of prolonged direct sunlight and heat. A little squeeze now and then doesn’t hurt 🍑
Are your items safe for kids or pets?
Most of them are! Mini parts may not be suitable for very small children or pets—always supervise play.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
